Who We Are

We are a small North Canton based Aerial imaging company that specializes in taking pictures and video from above as well as Real Estate Photography. One of our favorite services is providing aerial drone tours using FPV (first person view) drones. In addition, we also offer event photography, sports/pet portraits, mapping and drone experiences for kids! Giving back to and supporting our wonderful community is very important to us. We are always seeking a handful of events each year to volunteer our services to!

My name is Justin Deierling, and here is my story….

I have a passion for flight, photography and helping others. My love of aviation began when I was a kid. I started taking flight lessons at 15 years old, “soloed” on my 16th birthday and received my private pilots license at 18. My inspiration most likely came from my fascination of birds, specifically the Red-Tailed Hawk (hence the business name “Red Tail Aerial Imaging”). Capturing photos, specifically from above, also started at an early age. I was always curious how I could get a “birds eye view.” Whether it was model rocket, kites or taking a disposable camera with me on my flights, I always trying to find out how I could see like a bird. Unfortunately, flying real airplanes got expensive….When drones with cameras hit the market, I knew this was my “ticket” back to chasing my dream of capturing flight.

My recent timeline:

2014- My passion for helping others landed me a job at a local Fire Department.

2016- Purchased my First drone and became an FAA Part 107 certified drone operator. Started Red Tail Aerial Imaging

2018- Started helping my brother, Adam Deierling (owner of Saturn Entertainment Studios) film weddings, Adam has been a HUGE inspiration and mentor entering the world of video. Check out his website! https://www.saturnestudios.com

2019- Moved from “shift” to a staff position at my Fire Department where I ran the social media, helped with recruiting, community outreach, event planning and started the departments drone program

2023- Decided to focus on growing Red-Tail Aerial Imaging
